Gail Inman-Campbell is a 1979 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and received her law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1982 and returned the Harrison area to practice law and has over twenty (20) years experience representing both debtors and creditors in all areas of debtor/creditor matters including bankruptcy. She has represented a number of banks and other commercial entities both as a creditor and as a debtor as well as consumer clients. She has experience dealing with the array of issues arising from the area of debtor/creditor practice: including foreclosures, usury, replevins, garnishments and judgment collections. She was appointed by governor Mike Huckebee to serve as the District Judge for Boone County, Arkansas from October 2001 through December 2004. As a former judge she has the unique experience of presiding over trials involving offenses for DWI/DUI and other misdemeanor criminal offenses, and she is now able to put this experience to use representing those who have been accused of such offenses in District Court. email address: gic@inmancampbell.com. Ms. Inman-Campbell is also licensed to practice in the State of Missouri but limits her practice in this state to bankruptcy and other commercial litigation. Gene C. Campbell is a 1962 graduate of the University of Arkansas, and after serving in the United States Navy, where he attended the Untied State Naval Justice School, received his law degree from Washington University (Saint Louis, Missouri) in 1968 and returned to Harrison, Arkansas where he has practiced over thirty-five (35) years and is able to use the experience gained to advise clients in the areas of estate planning and corporate matters. He has the knowledge and experience to assist with planning a new business or the re-structuring of an existing one. He is also able to advise clients on estate planning, including wills and trusts preparation and to suggest methods of distribution of property after your death to accomplish your post will goals and avoid or limit any estate tax consequences.
